My friends have been putting up with my opinionated outpourings for years. I need to moan! I like it! So, a chance to push my views even further. They are personal views, so readers are not obliged to agree, although they should!
I now live in France & have a generally chilled life but I look at the old country, England, with a little fondness but a lot of dispair as I see how authorities micro manage peoples lives to the point where you need to be police approved to take your neighbour's child to school - nobody seems to think this is a step too far! Why not??
Thought. Why do so many British ex pats worry about the possibility of losing their right to vote in the UK? After all, they no longer live there! Perhaps I ought to demand the right to vote in Japan. I don't live there, either!
